- How quickly can you deploy?
- We can typically mobilize an initial team within two to three weeks of scoping. A full STO deployment (multiple disciplines, full methodology), plan for three to four weeks from first contact to boots on ground.
- Do you place single roles or full teams?
- Both. A single scheduler or cost analyst placed through us arrives trained in the Boots on the Ground methodology. They don't need to be oriented to a new way of working. They already know it.
- What happens after I reach out?
- A partner reads your note the same day. If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a 30-minute call to understand your project. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right firm, and what engagement would look like if we are.
- What's your geographic focus?
- Midstream and downstream North America, with the deepest history on the Gulf Coast. We travel to programs where the scale warrants it. If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, ask. We'll tell you directly.
- What industries do you serve?
- Oil and gas, petrochemical, renewable diesel, manufacturing, midstream pipelines, data centers, and wind farms. We do not work commercial construction, public infrastructure, upstream exploration, or oilfield services.
